Footwork - Creativity with your feet allows players to create space to pass, shoot, or dribble past a defender. Having knowledge of moves to create this space in every situation is essential to be a dangerous attacking player.
Focus - The slightest change in position of a players foot can alter the direction, angle and swerve of every shot, cross or pass. Mastering and executing the many techniques of striking a ball requires constant focus.
Finishing - Becoming a good finisher requires consistency striking the ball. Whether the ball is on the ground, in the air, rolling or stationary, a player must be able to put a strike on the ball. Being proficient in heading, full volleys, half volleys, side volleys, and one touch striking changes the attacking options for every team and player.
Finesse - Striking a ball with pace is essential, and finesse is just as important. At the higher levels, goalkeepers will position themselves to save most shots. The ability to bend a ball and find a corner instead of just shooting, turns a player from a scorer, into a finisher.
